Rax38 v2, latest firmware 1.0.16.132 has critical bug, Region selection was disabled

whem i updated my router to latest firmware, 1.0.16.132
the region selection was disabled
when I tried to save my setting, but message appeared " please select a region"
But as I said above, region selectiom disabled, so i can't complete my setting
Resetting the router didn't solve the problem
However, it was resolved by downgrading to the previous firmware.
I want to use the latest firmware because of security issues, but it seems to have bugs.
Is there a way to report this issue to the Netgear firmware team?
