What do I do if I forget my password?
To get help with your password:
- Click following URL https://my.netgear.com/registration/Newforgot_password.aspx
- Enter the email address you used to register on my.netgear.com.
- Enter in the field the displayed CAPTHCHA text.
- Click RESET MY PASSWORD.
