Mac版ReadyCLOUD安装失败

I downlaod ReadyCLOUD for Mac from http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/install/ReadyCLOUD.pkg
It show "Sandbox: installd(893) System Policy: deny(1) file-read-data /Users/gongpengjun/Downloads/ReadyCLOUD.pkg" When I install ReadyCLOUD.

My macOS is Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1030).
