MR5200 why is customer support not solving issues for wrong device shipped

Any advice to to reach someone at NETGEAR who really wants to help the customer?  I have been on phone over 3 hours and being transferred from one support team to another, even with prosupport.   Sent to NETGEAR store for help who confirmed issued and sent me back to tech support for the MR5200 who still would not resolve the issue.   Any suggestions on whom to talk to at NETGEAR to get resolution for NETGEAR shipping me the WRONG product from what i ordered and paid for?  HELP PLEASE!
