Arlo baby won't connect

Helpppp! Arlo Baby was fine until the middle of my kiddos nap today where it just shut off and quit working. Now it won't connect to the wifi it just searches. We've tried resetting it, we removed it to try and re-add it..nothing Is working.

Open a case with support since it may be a faulty camera.

What is the LED behavior on the camera? If you've factory reset the camera and removed it from Settings > My Devices, it will need to be reclaimed.

 

Log in to you Arlo account and click "Add Device", follow the on screen instructions and be sure the device you are using to add the camera is on the same network as your Arlo Baby.
