Let's say I live in a area that doesnt have good AT&T cell service, can I just use my Arlo Go as a remote camera with only the SD card to record data?

Jabroni,

Local storage to an SD card cannot be used on its own as a substitute for cloud recording. For more information on Arlo Go and local storage, see here: How do I enable or disable local storage of Arlo Go video recordings on an SD card?

Once successfully configured, I'd think that would be a possibility.  BUT...

1) The battery life may be an issue due to constant attempts to connect to the cell service.

2) You still need to remove the SD card for viewing on a computer.
