Arlo Go VRZ won't sync

My Arlo Go (Verizon model) won't sync with the base. How to proceed?

Sync directions in the user guide that came in the box are for the Arlo Pro only... not the Arlo Go.

 

  1. To sync the Argo Go, log into your Arlo account, go to My Devices and then click [Add].
  2. Follow the prompts. Essentially you'll be taking a photo of a QR code in order to sync.
  3. Once the camera is discovered and has been named, go to My Devices > <camera name>.
  4. Scroll down. If a firmware upgrade is required (likely), it'll show up in red. Follow the prompts.
