Can the Arlo Pro 2 be used in a cold storage freezer at -15F?  Should it be wired or can it run on batteries?  Don't need it for alarm but just to view operation.

The P2 is similar in specs to the Pro.  Both are rated down to -4F and the Pro is known to turn off at that temp.
