I currently have an Arlo Pro 2 system and back last April ( while I had the first gen Pro) I  paid for a year of Premier Annual. It runs out April 28th but when I go to add CVR to one of the cameras it shows my total as $198. Is it going to charge me for a new year of premier even though i still have 3 months of service? maybe i should just wait? 

 

any help is appreciated. Tried online chat and they said it was billed separately but online certianly looks like its charging together.

As you complete the process, you should see any discounts applied. Even if something goes wrong (haven't heard anyone complain ofthat) you can always contact support here and get it straightened out.
