1of4 not syncing arlo pro

1 of my 4 cams blinks twice orange every 30 seconds approx.
When i first baught it, it synced just fine.
I took the cam out of distance range and now i cant get it to re sync.
I pulled the battery out, waited, followed instructions to re sync.
Help button down 2 seconds approx and also tried a quick press no luck.
No blue light.
I removed the cam from my device list and tried re syncing, no luck.
I charged the battery no luck

Have you tried a battery from one of your other two cameras? When you hit the sync button on the camera, the front LED  needs to blink blue slowly to show it's ready to sync. Make sure you only press the sync button briefly

Thanks for the response, your first suggestion is correct. I just got off the phone with tech support and tried swapping batteries with another camera and found out i recieved a defective battery another batrery is being shipped to me between 3 and 5 days.
