Arlo Pro Camera does not blink blue/amber when I press on the Sync Button

One of my four wireless cameras does not light up either blue or amber when I touch the sync button on the camera.  The other three cameras work ok.  Any suggestions?

Pull out the battery pack then reinstall it.... you should see a blue flash of the led. ( resets camera )

Attempt to resync as normal.... doing a quick push on the base sync button then a couple seconds later the camera

That didn't work. Any other ideas? I've only had the system for about a month so it shouldn't need a battery replacement.

Well you can eliminate that it may be the battery...

Pull the battery pack and use the ac adapter and cable only...attempt to resync again...

If NG still , open a trouble ticket with Netgear support
