Arlo Pro - only 5 cameras show - remaining 2 are shown offline

I have the premium plan.

I had 5 cameras originally but Added 2 more bringing the total to 7

It only shows 5 cameras...so when i remove a camera - it allows the other one to show up

Else it keep saying - camera offline

Check your subscription status in Settings and open a case with support.

Consider a base station reboot using the on-off button. Do you still see the same behavior?
