I cannot connect to my cameras live through my companies firewall.

My network IT person asked me to provide them with the ports for video and audio so they could allow them.

Thanks,

Ken

All the ports Arlo uses, 80, 123 and 443, are outgoing ports.

I suspect you will have to contact Netgear as all you can get is the SSID on IP of the basestation.  As a side note, adding the IP may help as that should be the in/out for everything.

I have the same problem at work so I am interested in a solution to the issue.
