I just received my arlo pro. Connected the base station to my router. Power indicator is amber and camero indicator is green. Internet indicatoe is not lit.

Did powercycle and nothing happened.

Tried to factory reset but the indicator are not flashing to confirm factory reset is in progress.

Please help as im about to go overseas and need this to start working.

It turns out that only one ethernet is working on my router. Although I did change it when I was fiddling with it. I moved it to the one where my ps4 is connected.

Arlo is now working as designed.

The power light on the base is ONLY amber during a reboot...

RESET is by holding in the reset only for 10+ secs till the front leds flash...

Reset again like above

Turn off your Modem, Router, Base and bring them back in the same order ( let each reboot before the next )

If after above, still NG and power is amber,  there may be a hardware or power supply issue
