Camera view of shared family members is missing microphone

I shared my cameras with family members. On their iOS dvice they are running v2.4.2 of the app and they logged out and logged in and still don't see microphone icon

Well, it looked like I needed to prtovide admin rights to shared members and now my wife can see the microphone icon

Try un-installing App and re-install.. Allow Microphone & Data Cellular access.. Re-start phone if necessary..

Since you are sharing the camera ( from your primary account ) you MAY have to totally remove all shared cams from others and then re-share those cameras back...the secondary users will have to delete the app and reinstall.

BTW, this glitch appeared from the last update and usu a unistall and reinstall fixes it.

 

If that fails to work for you, you may have to contact Netgear Support to see if they have many more ideas due to similar issues.
