Can't Upgrade Subscription

I have more than 5 cameras and two base stations. One set at my house in Maine and another set in my house in Bermuda.

 

I want to take advantage of more than 5 cameras and have longer online storage, but whenever I try and upgrade from Basic, there is no option to upgrade, not link to follow etc., although I can include my credit card details.

 

I originally establish my account via my Bermuda address, and the Credit Card details are fixed to BM and can't change it to US. I was wondering whether this was the problem, and if so, is there anyway to fix it.

I believe you are correct and it has to the do with the location. Contact support by clicking at the bottom of this page and see if they can sort out your address change and thus allow you to upgrade your subscription
