Push to talk error "use latest version of Chrome or Firefox"

I am trying push to talk from remote access through my email log in.It states use latest version of Chrome or Firefox?Both my computers are windows 10, new and have latest ersion of chrome......not working?We also tried firefox

Says browers does not support push to talk

Please help

Works for me on Win7 with Chrome. It did ask permission to access the microphone though

Adding to steve_t's post above, permissions for microphone access do need to be enabled. If using Chrome, take a look here for instructions on how this is done: Use your camera & microphone
