Some of my cameras are offline

I have 4 Arlo pro cameras and 1 arloQ. Three of the 4 arlo pro cameras are offline. I have opened them up pulled out the batteries and put them back in. When I do this a solid blue light appears and then goes away. I try logging in again and still offline.

Delete the Arlo Pro cameras from your device list. Hit the sync button on one camera briefly and a blue LED should blink slowly. Hold the Sync button on the base station til the green LED flashes slowly. When the blue LED on the front of the Arlo Pro blinks fast, it will be sync'd
