Setting up Arlo with a wireless device

I am trying to set up my wireless app on my phone and  it want me to diable my device first to continue set up how do i do that and continue?

Have not seen this issue,  but if setting up on your phone for the first time... the phone and base unit need to be on the same network for setup.

This is Not required once set up.
