ARLO Q: Can't claim this device

Hi ,

 

after some hours, my cam is still not connected: After reset, I got the Cam-ID: 4N5266S21ED08

But after this, it always says something like "cannot claim this device".

 

I tried it with Android Smartphone and with Win10 on a computer.

 

Can You please reolve this? Thanks.

Did you try resetting the camera using the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber?

Yes, 

 

I made reset 3 times now.

 

It's always the same.

As I said, contact support... Usually the problem is the serial number may be locked ot another account and thats why you are unable to reclaim it.

Sounds nice,

 

but this site is awful. I can click support, then I come to another page, there I also can click support, and finally I am on the first page again.

It seams, there is no real support.
