Hi,

  Whenever the router is reset, Arlo connection gets lost from iOS app.  However, after some time, it gets connected but the night mode is blurry gray.  Just recently, I removed the device from my app and I cannot register it anymore.  I even tried pressing the reset button until amber blinks and still I cannot register.  I think this devise is defective since I bought it.  Until now the blurry gray in night mode never disappears.

Since you reset the camera, you need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it. If it won't sync, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here or swap the camera at the store.
