Use your app or browser and log back in. This is normal operation.

No it is not normal. I used normal login process. But it won't log me in. It is not wrong password or user name. Because i used fingerprint and no error.

Are you only having trouble logging in on the mobile app? Are you able to log in using the web client?

Consider rebooting your mobile device. Do you still see the same issue?
