Hi All,

Once a motion is detected, what's the maximum length of the recorded clip?

Let's say the motion continues for 30min. Will the camera make full (no time lapse) recording for the whole 30min?

Thank you!

Once motion is detected it will continue for ether the fixed set time ( max 120 secs ) or till movement stops 300 secs

When the max is reached in either case, the motion detector resets ( about 5-10 secs ) and it starts over again.

If you use the CVR paid option, the Q will record 24/7

OK, so if I don't use CVR, I will have the same thing but with 5-10 sec gaps (motion sensor's reset time).

So, if there is continuouse motion, then the cam will record clips of 5min each one (300sec) with 5-10sec time gaps between them.

Correct?
