I can’t get the camera set up, the blue light comes on when I power up but it won’t find my iPad when I try and discover - tried factory reset but to no avail

you are putting in your main router info ??

I am plugging directly into my router

The Q cam can plug into your router.... or It hooks into you home wifi system only via wifi...

If running on ethernet only connection , you must have the POE active if not using external power

It will not work plugged into a laptop.

I am not using POE as router output aren’t powered, so have Ethernet cable connected directly to router and then power into the Ethernet connector via the usb power lead

What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Q camera mean?

A solid blue LED means the device is already connected to the Arlo servers. Has this camera ever been on another account?
