Here we go again...
Internet service has been upgraded to NBN with 4.0Mb upload after previous issues.
New Optus provided dual band router, connected on 2.4gHz.
All worked fine for the first day.
Now I'm no longer at the site, push notifications come through but no videos are presented in the library and I can't play live images or CVR either error 'Unable to play. Please try again.'

Apart from the usual reset camera/power cycle/re pair camera/move closer to router routine, any ideas from Netgear please? Anyone else having this pair or issues?

This sounds like it could be an issue with the device you are using to view.

 

Are you connected to a WiFi network or mobile data? Do you see the same behavior on both?

 

Do you see the same behavior regardless of device or browser used?
