I just installed my Arlo Q this weekend and it seems to work pretty good if I manually arm/disarm.  I tried enabling Geofencing and that is when it goes all nuts.

When I enabled Geofencing while in my apartment, it seemed to be working.  I put my phone on the kitchen counter (20ft away from the camera) and within about 10-15min, I got a notification that the motion sensor detected movement.  I looked at the settings and it seemed to have lost the sync with my phone.  I have tried to fix this without any luck.  Tried all the radius options (Didn't work).  Just seems to sporadically switch between Home and Away mode when I'm just sitting in my apartment.

Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

Version: 2.4.2_17124

My Phone: Samsung S7 Edge

Mikev078,

It sounds like the location is being lost. Is your phone connected to WiFI when this occurs? Do you see the same behavior if you leave your phone connected to LTE rather then connecting to WiFi?

Hello JamesC,

My phone is connected to my WiFi when this happens.  I'll try with LTE and see if the same issue occurs there too.
