Arlo Q intermittent two way mic

Why does my Arlo Q only allow intermittent two way mic usage?  Sometimes it works, sometimes not.  I log out and back in, sometimes this helps but more often it doesn't. I need this resolved as I talk to my elderly mother when she mistakenly knocks the phone off the hook.

You might want to reset and resync the camera. Try multiple browsers as well as the app.  If that doesn't help, open a case with support.
