Arlo doesn't knows qr code

Hi the cam also witi led blu lighting doesn't see the qr code

Hold in the reset for ten secs till the front led flashes...re sync

Unforunatly nothihn happens
The blu light lightings also with reset button hold
I tried switch off the cam, restore the wifi.. everything ok but installation stop itself at the recognition of the qr code! 😞
