CVR issues

I've had CVR display issues since yesterday.  I opened a case after my Android app had the green Live box a few hours before where it should have been, eliminating the ability to see the stream  most recently recorded.  Today, the app is fine but the desktop version isn't - the correct time is shown but the timeline shows a big block of nothing between the actual time and where Live is.  The current time is 10:41AM but the Live is about an hour later.  Maybe it's due to the Daylight Saving Time shift but it's a pain since you can't see anything in that last hour.

Don't tell me that - I spent WAY to much time in the late '90s prepping for that.
