Arlo Q I am unable to update the firmware

There is a lot going on with my Arlo Q. It worked fine for a few weeks, and now, I am unable to update the firmware, It has no base station and does not seem to have any battery power, but, it has a USN cord. Can I update the firmware from my computer if I attach the cameras USB to it? My Arlo Q app is unable to find the device, yet it is connected to something, because, the light is a stable blue: also, I am unable to reset it to factory default. This unit appears to be useless at present. It has not been a full year on the warranty. How do I send this unit back to be replaced?

have you tried a factory reset ?

I am unble to reset it to factory default.

What have you tried, in detail? Have you removed the camera from Settings, My Devices? Have you pressed the reset button on the camera until the LED flashes amber?

Yes I have tried all of these things. That's why I beliave the ca may just be defective or hacked.

Very unlikely that it's been hacked. Swap the camera at the store or open a case with support here.
