When I attempt to add a new base station under subscriptions tab I get "We are sorry, We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again now.  "

 

I have been having trouble since yesterday.  The basestation shows up under new system setup. The internet light is green and I can sync cameras to it.

  It started yesterday evening and no matter device or browser or OS I get the same issue.

Good afternoon Cloudblue,

 

You may see this error if you are attempting to activate the base station from more than one device such as a browser and  smart phone. Try closing all browsers and Arlo app and try again logging into only one device at a time.
