One camera is offline.  Has new batteries and I tried unsuccessfully to resin have it.  The blue light on the camera continues to flash blue.  It never synchs......help please

To be clear, we're talking about Q+ right? The easy/fast thing to do is to reset the camera using the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Resync.

Ah, "new batteries" - wireless. Wrong area. Restart the base, open and close the battery door, remove the camera in Settings, My Devices if it exists, and try to resync.
