Am I the Only person on the planet with this Unit? It does Not even allow me to put the correct Model # in the drop down!!!

I have talked to 6 tech support chat reps/Been transferred 4 times in the Home Products division.Then the Business Divison tried to transfer my back to Home division...I purchased the unit NEW off ebay I need the Owners/set up  manual ....Why is there NO INFO anywhere on the site for this product???????????????????????????
