I recently purchased the Netgear x46 r7800 router hoping that i could sync my arlo pro 2 cameras directly to the router

How can i set this up with my X4S R7800 router the function?

The Arlo HD, Arlo Pro, and Arlo Pro 2 must be sync'd to an Arlo Base Station. The base station must be connected to the internet via an ethernet cable
