Our Arlo camera keeps going offline and the batteries are only lasting a week. Firmware is up to date. Any suggestions on how to fix or do I need to get a new camera?

Take one of your other cameras and swap location with the troubled one.. ( with new batteries ).

This will help you determine if it is the camera or location ( and other issues )

 

If the problem follows the camera, then I would contact Netgear Support

That seems to happen quite frequently, my batteries also only last a week.

How much usage do your cameras seen in that weeks time? Keep in mind, recordings and live streams consume battery life.
