Not receiving push notifications from arlo/netgear

Are you using phone app or computer?  Will then go to the other?

Have you verified under the mode that you're using that notifications is checked for the cam(s) you're using?

If above done, delete the app and reinstall too.

I'm so sorry but this hasn't work.

Still don't get the push notifications

I use phone, verified that all cameras are set to push notifications

I did do the other suggestion of uninstalling amd re installing,

Still no push notifications

Samsung galaxy 5

Sorry not sure where to find OS.

Andriod 6.0.1 is what is on my phone
