Camera automatically zooming and going offline

All of a sudden my camera has been acting up. I put new batteries in it, when I go to view my camera it will be zoomed in. Can't zoom it out, but can zoom in more. Night vision doesn't always go on and its continuessly going offline. Pull batteries and it reconnects and works fine until the next time I go to view it. Camera is less than 3 months old.

Try power cycling the base and see if that helps.
