Cameras not recording video, little man not black

Everything worked fine. Several days ago stopped recording videos. Receiving alerts for motion but no video when I click to view. Batteries are all replaced, base unit is online.

First power reboot the base with the off-on button... arm system and check the little running man

If all not black you may have to redo your MODEs
