Just bought a new arlo 2 security camera system and when I tried to register it I got a message "the serial

number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."

 

serial number 48946A7UB4208

 

Please help!

Have you already gone through the New System Setup process? If so, you have already registered the device. Please private message me your email address you used to set up the account and I will check to make sure.

Hello guys,

 

I have the same problem, when i want to register my new FVS318N

 

"This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."

 

Can someone help me ?

if you bought refurbished (or used), it could still be registered to previous owner- that's what happened in my case.  Had to email support proof of purchase and they cleared record for me.

No its a new device.
