Delete/Remove a User

I have an Arlo Wire-Free camera (hardware is H7, firmware is 1.2.10342).  Myself and my husband are both authorized users for the account.  However, we are no longer married and he no longer lives at our address, therefore he does not need access to view or make changes to the camera.  How can I remove him so he can no longer access this camera?

Whose email address is used for the account?  If it's yours, you can simply remove him from Settings, Grant Access as well as any modes/rules that emails him alerts.  Also, change your password so he can't use it.

 

If it's his account, you'll have to have him deactivate the account and devices so you can set it up fresh under your account.  Support may be able to help but that could be a sticky situation.
