MOTION RECORDINGS NOT IN LIBRARY

Manual recordings go into the Library, MOTION RECORDINGS DO NOT

 

YES: It's armed, filters are set to show all, I get motion notifications, I get notification emails, and yes it's actually recording, I can watch the recordings on the temporary shared link in the email notifcations, which would be fine if I could download and save the videos from there, but you can't.

 

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's updated.

 

Restarted and re-synced everything multiple times. No settings were changed, just one day motion recordings stopped going into the Library.

 

Why are motion recordings not entering my Library?

you don't mention ios or android and what version / device

iPhone 5s iOS 10.3.1

 

Base Station VMB3000 with Arlo Cameras VMC3030

 

Motion recordings won't appear in Library logging in on Firefox 48.0.2 either

First thing is to just power reboot the base ( power button or unplug ) then test again

 

 

Also check the base/cameras SW version..( found in settings/device/info).

 

Arlo base is 1.8.8.0-11528

cam is 1.2.10342

Powered off/on, re-started, and re-synced for two weeks, that's why I'm here, doesn't work

You have listed the correct updated Firmware versions for my Base Station and Cameras

Hardware version for Base Station is VMB3010r2

Hardware version for all Cameras is H7
