Moved Arlo to new house, don't know password

Hi have just taken out arlo from my old house and tried to set up in my new house I keep getting asked for a password which I do not know... I tried resetting a new password on arlo account but still not working. I have even tried my router password but no joy with that. Any idea would be very much appreciated thankyou

The Password should be your email password if you haven't changed it since the time Arlo was set up. If you have changed it, try to remember old passwords you might have used. As a last resort contact Customer Support using the link on the green banner near the bottom of this page.

No password information would have changed from simply moving your system from one house to another. After plugging in the base station and allowing it to connect to the internet, you should be able to use the same login information to access your Arlo account.
