I have bought Arlo and 2x 220v + 2xBattery cameras and have had them for one year.  They worked fantastic.  My ASUS router broke and I need to by a new Router.

The purpose is to keep a look at a rather remote cottage of ours.  Normally the mains of 220v works very well but from time to time we experience outages - perhaps 1-2 times over the 6 months winter 6.  I ask your advise for a Router that is good with my Arlos + that preferably will restart by itself after an mains outage.

If anybody out there has an idea or recommendation of a small UPS - that would be fantastic!

Looking forward to your support, Stefan.Lindholm@me.com

Pretty much any current router should be fine. For a UPS, the easy way is to use Amazon. Just be sure to verify the input voltage and the output capability. The duration of any power outage defines the number of VA (volt-amps) needed. Since it's a remote location I'd suggest at least 1000VA which may last a day with only the modem, router and base plugged into it.
