I can't get the camera sync light to light up on the base station so I cannot set up my cameras. The squiggly icon light is blinking instead. What do I do?

Thank you! You were exactly right! But it took almost two hours with customer support to get it all working. All worth it as I love the system. But thanks for your response!

Not sure which one the squiggly icon is - which one from the left is it? The usual issue is holding the base sync button instead of briefly pressing it.
