My current setup is a WAX202 (WAX202-100NAS) AP set up as a router. The other half side of my house has weak signal, I would like to purchase an access point that is strictly PoE so I can do a network drop on the other side of my house to this AP, this drop will not have access to a DC power outlet and must be strictly PoE for this AP. What products are compatible and you guys would recommend so I can do this? Thank you for all the assistance, I have been looking around and unable to find products anyone recommends.

Re: Compatible PoE Wireless Access Points for WAX202 acting as router
Hello pedroespo,
And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
Do you plan to set bridging where you will set the POE access point to get wifi signal from WAX202 and then have wired connections of devices to the access point on the other end?
Have a lovely day,
Logan

Glad to read from you here @nmhTester !
Does this new WAX214v2 support - different from the current WAX214 and WAX218 releases - a bigger selection of 80 MHz channels? With the limited 5 GHz channel availability, deploying the models suggested (either multiple, or along other AP and routers) is very difficult due to obvious interferences called - lack of options to have dedicated 5 GHz coverage on air.
Needless to repeat it again: The current limited selection of VT80 channels (read: just one set!) is not acceptable - no alternate channels, no DFS, ...
TIA
