Invalid WPA Passphrase

I cannot connect my HP Laser Jet 475 printer to my Access Point. It shows the SSID but refuses to WPA Passphrase. I have made sure there were no spaces in the name and it still doesn/t work!

Hi Myronm,

Welcome to our community!

Have you tried using other network authentication from your AP? You can isolate it by using WPA2-PSK or try connecting it to other wireless network.

Re: Invalid WPA Passphrase

I discovered that if i set the AP for WPA & WPA2-PSK, my printer connected right to it! Thanks!
