Netgear should stop selling Capitve Portals/Ragapa
I'm not a network engineer, but I am geeky enough to know how all this works (I owned an ISP way way way back in the days before cable modems).
I've been struggling with the WAX615 and captive portals for a quick-pop-up shop I have to offer wifi (paid) to folks in town, mostly tourists. Netgear has been very very very deceptive in their offerings, with little to no advanced documentation on Insights and Captive Portals, but I figured "hey, I got this".
20 hours later, still no.
The captive portal doesn't work as designed.
People are able to get on without loggin in or paying.
Paypal payments come back with a "5003 error". Using vouchers returns a "5004" error. Netgear support is lost, Rapaga won't answer their phones or emails; I've tried to install other captive portals on this, and we get the same 5003 error.
And now support is asking for diagnostics logs, which are only avaialble thru your PHONE (which doesn't work when you have Insights).
Buyer beware. Just don't do Netgear and captive portals.

We need your help in reoslving this case. We have option to get the logs from Insight account.
Please go to device location and then Diagnostic Mode
there is option right side top to send the logs to your email address , give your mail address, you will get the diagnostic logs . PLease share here.
