Hello, why is it not possible to deactivate wlan SSID ?

i use WAC730

If you want to disable completely then you can choose turn radio off by un checking Turn on Radio button. See the attached screen shot

By any chance have you enabled wireless scheduling? If yes can you disable that and try?

Now you have attached for the 11ac. Can you check for 2.4GHz radio? In your previous attachment I could see wireless scheduling is enabled for both radio. Can you please double check?

Enabling/disabling vap0 can't be done in security_profile page. It can be done  only in "basic wireless" page.

You can not edit the WMF since 2nd SSID of your AP is disabled.
