WAC104 Access Point - Cannot log in

I cannot log into the IP address in order to set up security. The Wifi is working but it is unsecured. I tried using the default IP address and I did a couple of resets to the AP. I cannot see the AP as a device under my router. Was on hold tonight with Netgear for well over an hour before I finally gave up.

Re: WAC104 Access Point - Cannot log in
I was able to set my PC to a static IP address and then I could log into the AP. The firmware was current. I then set the security. However, I could not log into WIFI until I reset my PC back to a non-static IP address. So I accomplished what I needed to do but still not convinced it is working as it should?

Re: WAC104 Access Point - Cannot log in
Hi Charles,
I'm sorry. Could you please share more details. Can not login to WIFI means are you not able to login to AP UI? What is the static IP address that you have used? Have you tried clearing browser cache?
Thanks
Raghu
