WAC505 regularly losing connection to Insight cloud

WAC505 regularly losing connection to Insight cloud
The two WAC505 device(s) I have in my office have been losing communication with Insight between 1-4 times a day for the last 2 months. Example of notifications received below.
The following device(s) lost communication with the NETGEAR Insight cloud service at approximately 14-Jun-2022 06:33.
Severity: Critical
Network Name: mcb2K
Total Devices: 1
Details:
Serial Number Device Name Device Model IP Address
4XT178E000C81 North-AP WAC505 192.168.1.16
There are no power or network outages occurring that could cause this, therefore what is the issue with the WAC505’s & Insight?

Hi @WebPro Please send your network topology and detailed logs ( you can save it from the management page of WAC505 AP GUI).
Upload all these files into any cloud storage and send me a link to download via PM.
